Because our services are customized and may include labour, time, scheduling, and materials, refunds are not automatically provided once work has started or materials have been purchased. However, if a customer has a concern about the completed work, we will review the issue case by case and do our best to offer a fair solution, such as an adjustment, repair, or follow-up service when appropriate.

 

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered, appointments are scheduled, or work has begun. Any changes or cancellations should be requested as early as possible.

 

All estimates are based on the original project details. If additional work or materials are needed, we will discuss the changes with the customer before moving forward.
